Missouri Pacific Railroad's magnificent station in San Antonio, Texas, was constructed by predecessor line International–Great Northern Railroad, owned by Jay Gould. When completed from Marshall to Laredo, the I&GN was longest railroad in Texas. This view shows south side of structure soon after a major rebuild in 1965. (Later rebuilds have converted it to an office building.)
